The terms, conditions and certifications in the attached PDF file apply to every Purchase Order between Veolia Energy North America Holdings, Inc. (and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries) and sellers.
Any deletion, revision, or addition to these terms and conditions by a seller will be ineffective unless agreed to in writing by Veolia Energy North America.
